hi to all .. first time writing a blog .. okay my interest in writing this blog is to tell my passion about pastries .. i was in love with pastries after i studied pastry & baking course in ITE West .. a great course, lots of things to learn .. you get to learn many new things & new recipes too .. after i graduate i planned to carry on to work in this line ..  And my dream is to open up my own bakery .. :)
